In this session, we establish our learning structure and Guiding Principles, and we outline the challenges and inequities facing women in the workplace.

Participants will deepen their understanding of:

• Where they are as allies and advocates as a benchmark for our work together
• How advocacy connects to company strategy and the bottom line
• The barriers to male engagement and solutions to overcome the barriers


This virtual, on-demand six-module series can be taken individually or as a workgroup, BRG, or organization. Each module combines content, reflective exercises along with discussion opportunities, and can be delivered as a:

Full module (approximately 60 to 90 minutes of content and interactive exercises)
Mini-modules (the full module divided into shorter sessions approximately 30 minutes of content and exercises)

Each module includes a downloadable video and participant’s guide for self-facilitated or team-based participation.
